This is really unfair accepted as a US citizen ,his parents are American. Jailed wrongly for 43 years proven innocent and instead of an apology he is deported. Does anyone disagree?

He also had a drug offence which sounds like he admitted? That's grounds for getting your visa or green card cancelled I would imagine?

I think he should have to repay the US Government for food and lodging for the last 40 odd years, which he wasn't entitled to.
