Why are M&S apologising? It implies that their employment process is flawed, or did the law mean that they can’t discriminate against employing a trans person in that department?

The fact that someone would have to tell the Police that just shows you how much the left have screwed up the Police. The Police themselves shouldn't use those terms as it is unprofessional but they most certainly shouldn't be telling victims what language they can use to describe those who have stolen from them.

You would think this was just basic common sense.
