What's the betting they have also lowered the bar for recruitment qualification.
Years ago my old boss trained to become a police officer, she is a very smart woman however I was surprised at how academic and tough the exams and training she took to get in (she did).
Then you come into contact with police officers today and I think how did you get through training?

Lowering the recruitment bar is the big worry. It's happened in loads of professions. Teaching and nursing are two examples.
Imagine how currently serving officers are feeling, when they have to work with colleagues who were "pushed through" selection and training
The UK is actively destroying its social fabric. But no matter. It's a temporary fix that someone else will have to sort out a huge fcking crisis later on.

No doubt the activists are clapping themselves on the back about this great victory. But who will benefit from it? I doubt anyone.The horror

Meanwhile black communities have all sorts of real world problems from poverty, drugs, violent crime to absent fathers but the activists would rather focus on pulling down statues or renaming stuff than actually doing something to help.
