The printing station in the Fanzone were printing "Winners 25" in gold on shirts before the game.
You can also buy the same shirt and print off DHGate...
I hate this year's shirt more than any in recent history, but unfortunately had to buy it to mark the occasion!

I am not for a moment suggesting this is a good idea or the way forward but if you accidentally look on Tik toc and embarrassingly hit something like current palace football shirt an unfortunate event of rotten firms in the far east might accidentally pop up offering the shirt you want for a tenner. I’m told that go much bigger than you would normally as they apparently come up quite snug. Apparently.

I buy all my football shirts from DHGate now. Find a seller with 5 star reviews and you'll get a shirt that's better quality than the originals. One year I got a Palace shirt where the crest was stitched on rather than ironed on. As mentioned, the sizing is a bit dodgy (go 2 sizes up), but unless Palace bring out a shirt from a nike or adidas, I'm not spending RRP on something I'll wear a few times and then never again.

Well they did it.

£70 plus an extra £15 for Winners 25 on the back.

I won't pretend I'm surprised but I can draw a picture of where the club can stuff their £85.

They might just have gotten my attention when I was caught up in the immediate excitement of having won, but fortunately my head is back in reality now.

I get what you mean. I definitely would have bought it straight away.

A month on and a couple of hundred spent on a season ticket I'm not bothered spending in the club shop for a while.

Although it is my birthday next month and I might just casually drop it into a conversation with the missis 👀

I was trying to remember, but yes, possibly. They'd argue this has the cup final details stitched on.

It feels a bit obscene to me. I am a capitalist at heart so I am conflicted, but it feels too expensive to me for them to sell a significant number.

I don’t mind the shirt with the small FA Cup logo and winners under that on the front, but as soon as you put a massive ‘winners 25’ on the back we’re entering the tacky area for me 🤣 but each to their own I suppose

That bit is optional though (£15 extra) and I have to admit, I specifically DID want that.

It's a god awful shirt though. A girl's curtain.

They won't. Because it's a pre-order they'll get a feel for how many are required and submit the order to Macron. They won't have a surplus that will drive down the price.

I agree, that’s why I went for the black this season. I wore it at the semi and final, so whatever happens to the rest of my moth eaten shirts, this one will definitely be treasured for the rest of my life

I wore the replica of the 1990 shirt (red and blue, not the yellow one) and I wore that to Wembley in 2016. My mate told me strictly not to wear it again but it turned out my choice of shirt had no impact on the game and he was talking nonsense.

I get 10% discount as a Gold Member. In the past that has worked after the season has finished but I can't honestly remember how long for. It's possible that if you mean the season just gone, the discount expired?

Actually the opposite. I decided to pay the extra for this upcoming season to see if it’s worthwhile. Also, just in case I need it for European games so I’ll be doubly annoyed if we don’t make it in.

Looks like new season + doesn’t start until July 1st so I’ll have to hope these shirts are still up for preorder on Tuesday.

To add to that, the last three seasons I have had to email the club to give me my loyalty points (one season they deleted all 2,100 of my points by accident). I have also had to email them to get them to reflect I have membership a couple of times (one time I missed out on tickets whilst they were sorting it).

It's a car crash, and quite possible they have just fudged up the admin on your account for the ST benefits you've paid for.

I did suggest to them that all the membership benefits should be automatically applied instead of me having to send a series of emails for each of the benefits they'd forgotten to add.
