It’s certainly a very interesting case.
To go from the CPS not authorising charges because of medical evidence to then say significant new evidence came to light and a number of charges followed, including death by dangerous driving x2.
There are also apparently a number of officers, involved in the initial investigation, themselves now under investigation by the DPS.
It will be an extremely interesting court case.
