Wilfried Zaha return

I have to say I never saw Wilf as just a speed merchant.
He had pace, but not the searing pace of e.g a Bolassie.
I sit in the main stand and recall seeing Wilf on occasions boxed in by the touchline faced by three defenders and still emerging with the ball at his feet
It was more about his dazzling footwork and balance.
I still can't work out how he did it.
Franca is the closest and I feel will show next season. He did 3 defenders in the wolves game. Looking forward to him on the pitch hopefully next season.

I think a few of us lost our mojo for Wilf towards the end when he seemed to down tools, his whinging and moaning at everybody else when he couldn’t get his own way, like a petulant child was just about the last straw and I for one was not sorry when he left.

However he was one of our clubs greatest players and one of the few who would get people off their seat. He is a club legend and for me should he ever wish to visit Selhurst I would certainly sing his name with a round of warm applause and appreciate everything he did for the club.
