What women really want.....?

I don't know. What happened?

The blokes got on with it, started hunting and building, the women starved, got lost, needed doctors for emergency treatments several times, ended up being whisked away.

In another experiment, a US one, the blokes succeeded, the women ended up flirting and creeping to them to get things done for them. One guy went mental because a couple of the women decided that they'd use the mens drinking water supply for hair rinsing, then argued it's priority.

If all men disappeared I'd give women about two months before 95% are dead. The other way round it wouldn't matter too much, the blokes would die off slowly

Excellent and true 👍

Family Guy did an episode called Forget Me Not. The men's (friends) memories are erased so they don't know each other but somehow they start bonding, at the end it is revealed to be an experiment. The women go through the same thing but never get anywhere as they immediately start fighting each other. 😀

hmmm, I never thought of Family Guy in terms of a reference work obviously i missed something I thought of it as just a cartoon.

He has a pop at everyone. I just remember it as the men spend the episode trying to bond and figure out what has happened whilst the women just start fighting each other.

The Simpsons often takes a stance on certain issues I vaguely remember them having a pop at Rupert Murdoch who owns the T.V. channel knowing that they were indispensable. It does seem that cartoons get away with more outrageous stuff.

Which is why South Park is so on point. They lampooned men in women's sports and those who back that woke bullshit in the episode "Strong Woman".

.....has become a political hot-potato.

Sigmund Freud claimed to have a wonderful understanding of psychology and yet he confessed to being totally flummoxed on 'what women actually want'..... Part of Freud's analysis was a declaration that women seem to keep changing their mind.

Psychology/Sociology/History/ideology/religion/spending-statistics/ etc.....all attempt to answer the question. The behaviours of women born with great wealth (and not much responsibility) often gives a few pointers - to what they really want.

We all know the 'Reality TV' story of the gang of women dropped onto a desert island, and meanwhile a gang of men were dropped onto the neighbouring desert island.....different outcomes, different story on each island.

The behaviours of women, in a women's prison, is radically different to that of men in a men's prison. So clearly the question, in the OP, does need addressing.

With all that variance out there, maybe the question cannot ever be answered ?

What men want has mostly been easy to understand and to document. The average man, that is.....
- enough food in his belly, & beer at the weekend.
- an acceptable amount of recreation in his underpants...with or without offspring.
- an harmonious family life & strong longterm bonds.

- a roof over his head, a vehicle to drive
- good relationships with all & sundry
- his football team having won their most recent game etc etc....

for a reasonable subset of men , you can add
- climbing the pyramid of society & the workplace
- winning, at the cost of peers losing. Football or otherwise.

And yet we all know people who eschew all of the above. Some men and certainly some women ?

So, help us with your opinions, to answer the question in the OP
The question can never be answered.

Did Joan of Arc want the same as Jade Goody?
Did Margaret Thatcher want the same as Katie Price?

Even the most male-centric, anti-wokesters on here should ask themselves who they would rather be stuck in a lift with?
- Owen Jones or Katie Hopkins?
- Sadiq Khan or Candace Owens?

The sisterhood is just as much of a myth as the brotherhood.

Who said anything about sisterhood and brotherhood?

Women are agreeable, men form a pecking order. When matching up women seek the top provider. That even goes for Thatcher because the old drunk was a wealthy businessman, she didn't plumb for a loser did she.

Erm ....yeah. It all makes perfect sense ...if your social circle is a pack of Gibbons in the jungle.

It's cute that you think our core primate biological survival strategies have been left behind in the past 40 years because political correctness, female promotion into the workplace, economic prosperity and equality laws have taken precedence.

Go girl.
