Wharton and Guehi injuries

I was surprised (but also strangely not in these bizarre times) that Wharton wasn't included in the England under-21 squad. They stated that it was because of the concussion he sustained in the FA Cup Final. That was over a month ago!? Feels strange that this is still an issue. Also, Guehi left out of the England squad for a similar injury. I'm hoping Palace are just being over-cautious and not releasing them to play....Anyone have any news on the duo?

Wharton asked to withdraw possibly the club medics urged him? He spent a large part of last season injured so it makes sense for him to rest up and be fully fit for this world cup season. If he stays fit and keeps form he should be going, so playing for the U21's is hardly a priority.

As for Guehi he was lucky that he didn't fracture an eye socket. I think medically it was suggested that he rest it. Apparently the England manager was in agreement with that and just as well, risking your season for 2 appalling games err no thanks.
