West Wales meet up for Leipzig Cup Final

I can do Cardigan , or Aberystwyth. Feels a bit like going on 'Blind Date' if there's only two of us 😀
If Jono gets some details nearer the time, I'll be there. (I'll have a rose in my lapel) 👍 :football:

I just googled these three in Cardigan/Aberteifi.
I'll have to check for specific matches they're showing: Actually, the Grosvenor looks a bit up-market and not ideal for watching football.
I've emailed the Red Lion and The Bell to see who's showing the match.

Fingers crossed

Just had confirmation the Red Lion in Cardigan will be showing the game

However, I'll leave the decision to Jono, as it's his thread :football: 👍

Easier and quicker for me to get to London than west Wales as sadly bone to bone hip stopping me making Leipzig trip My lad (brainwashed at an early age😊) will be on his way to Leipzig about £1600 with one night stop)

Great to hear from everyone on this thread. Thanks Forest Hillbilly for exploring the pubs in Cardigan showing the match. So, shall we watch match at the Red Lion in Cardigan then? The best pub in Cardigan for Real Ale is the Castle pub by the river (3 minutes walk away, they also do Pizzas).....if you anyone fancies meeting there first of all, then walking on to the Red Lion for the Match. Saveloy, happy to meet up at the Eagle at the start of next season.

This sounds a good plan. Obviously a bit weather dependant. I've been to the Cellar a few times to watch bands, which is just up the hill.
What a plan 😀 👍 :football:
