we’ve conceded the second fewest in the Premier League so far and I’ve a sneaky feeling it may be the fewest after tomorrow. Shows we are organised and know the plan. Given our attacking play hasn’t been great so far this season we will be quite the team if that can click.

All the back five and Henderson in goal all got 8 of 10 for today’s performance on Sky. Nice to know we’re solid at the back.

With the likes of Paqueta, Bowen, Summerville,Fernandes,Ward-Prowse etc, I believed that W.Ham would prove a challenging game hence my doom-laden comments. I am delighted that my negative prognostications proved to be 'Way off beam' and I shall raise a glass in celebration tonight !
