I don't think he will leave due to family reasons plus he has a very long contract so unless he has relegation clause can see West Ham wanting high fee.

Only real option would be a big club which I dont see happening due to his age.

Wages wise I think he is there top earner as well on something close to 200k with all bonuses etc.

I would take him if he was cheap and on lowish wages very good player but he would be another one that plays in sarr/BJ position.

Realistic targets from them would be the bloke we tried getting before Diouf and maybe walker-peters or AWB dont think they would sell Summerville and if they did he would be very expensive.
