Brennan might do well at Everton, forgetting most for a moment it feels like we have gained a player rather than a swap. One thing we have lacked are players willing to shoot outside the area. Hopefully he improves us there with direct shots and early crosses

Always quite liked him tbh and think he offers us something very different to what we currently have.

Johnson has set the bench mark so low that I think we'll all be ecstatic if Dwight can just complete two passes in a game.

I have a feeling in my waters that this could turn out well for us. I remember we wanted him before he went to Everton, and when we stalk players for years, it tends to turn out well. He was Burnley's POTY, then in his first season he was Everton's Young POTY. Glasner clearly wanted him, too. Obviously, in recent times he's fallen out of favour, but I think he could bring some balance to the team with a proper left-footer on the left to swing crosses in.

All he has to do to start with is put a bit of effort in which will immediately make him 100% better than Johnson the sloth
