My wife has been pretty expensive to be honest and what was advertised isn’t what I’ve got now.

.....i could tell you some horror stories about wives and their shopping madness. When you start approaching the level of the link below, its no longer about frivolous wastefulness as it is about mental illness.

Pret have become ridiculously expensive. A while back a Pret Latté was £1.95 when Starbucks & Costa’s were at £3. Now they are similar at about £4 a pop.
For the last 10 years at work I’ve bought the exact same Pret Breakfast and it’s gone up from £8 to £12 in that time… a 50% increase!

Their subscription was a good deal but now they’ve changed it it’s probably not worth having.

Sometimes I wish I had The Telegraph subscription. Just found Pret bought out EAT. It doesn’t matter anyway feel like Pret gave up their popular market position due to greed.

Specialised coffee shops e.g. Starbucks.

Not sure if that makes me feel better about my one day & night stay at Niagara Falls. The standard Starbucks coffee cups were not worth taking away.
