Both things can be true. Only children believe wars comprise entirely 'goodies' and 'baddies'.
Although it seems fairly clear that Russia's war aims are control of Donbas and Luhansk, as well as to prevent Ukraine from joining NATO.
It's not even a serious debate that they act collectively to a large degree.
The organisational frameworks exist for anyone with eyes to look. Bilderberg Group, Davos, World Economic Forum, Committee of 300. etc, etc, etc.
Just because the media keeps you distracted by the pantomime politics of the House of Commons and the US Congress, it doesn't mean those are the places where the serious decisions are being made.

You overlook the elephant in the room that no one was actually prosecuted for the horrors of Epstein Island.
A corruption so glaringly obvious that to participate in the exercise of brushing it under the carpet as an insignificant sideshow could be interpreted as complicity in the cover-up, albeit on a very minor scale.
I prefer a more charitable interpretation that it is evidence of the power of media brainwashing - they actually convinced a significant section of the population to forget about it and move on.

Of course they do. And these organizations exist because of the disparate and usually competing self interest of the elites.
There is no SPECTRE type international cabal controlling things. That is a product of the web.

There are though of course criminal organisations that yield control over countries and internationally. That's hardly news. Have a look into Malta currently. One Mr Marinakis, whoever he is, is also well worth a read.
Then there are the obvious Islamic organisations and of course, people like the Freemasons or Scientologists. There's quite a lot of bribery, coercion and political influence going on, that we never spend any time considering.
Largely because we don't want to.
My local mosque is a Muslim Brotherhood mosque, but no one worries about it, for example. In other countries, they are banned.

Those organizations exist to control delimited issues that are unlikely to have any impact on us.
The fact that much of what they do is covert and sometimes clandestine indicates that - regardless of their relative success or failure - they are up against an evolving structure that is supposed to be there.
Why not see what they say themselves?
The Bilderberg Group describes itself as a 'driving force and guiding light in globalization'. Its founders stated, “To say we were striving for a one-world government is exaggerated, but not wholly unfair." However, there are no official records: Meetings generate no minutes, transcripts, or resolutions, and no votes are taken.
The WEF's stated mission is to engage business, political, academic, and other leaders of society to shape global agendas.
Even their own very guarded admissions sound closer to a secretive international cabal controlling things than they do to your misleading description of organisations that only exist to resolve fractious disputes between rivals.
Obviously, neither body is elected, and it is an open secret that isolating and destroying Russia is on their agendas.
Stockholm Syndrome is real.

My view is that there very much is a deep state in all nations. But that it's looser and more fragmented that many things as parts of that deep state may have similar interests but different priorities.
So it's always been a case of 'when interests align' with the aspect of how much.....Money as always plays by far the largest motivator in that.
This variation in the deep state is a mixture of massive political donors (Wall Street))/intelligence/security/defence/big banks/ and other large corporations that all project power. None of these are front facing within a democracy yet get to control the type of politician the public get to see (with emerging exceptions) and what their policies are.
They control what the public are allowed to choose from and ensure that democracy is part myth and probably always has been. I've listed how powerful these different sections are in relation to each other but that's very much my current opinion and obviously we are all just outsiders looking in and assessing actions and results rather than the mainstream propaganda normies are fed.

Doesn't really sound very far from my view.
There are differences and fragmentation in almost any group when you look closely enough, it doesn't mean they aren't basically aligned.
E.g; Different groups of Palace fans came to blows last year, but the rest of the world just sees Palace fans. Similarly, all political parties have people jostling for position, competing with each other, but they are still basically on the same side and in the same party.
Similarly, the western deep state effectively pushes the same set of agendas. This would include, but not limited, to the following:
- Pro-immigration.
- Pro covid narratative/vaccination
- Pro gender idealogy
- Pro Israel
- Anti-Russia
- Promoting Digital ID, Cashless society/ 15 minute cities, 24/7 surveillance, etc
- Climate change alarmist

Yep, states that are out of align with the EU empire and the US empire receive threats and actions to bully them back into compliance.....Usually that works but not always, as we see with Spain currently and Hungary before them.
Trump is far more out in the open about it.....and the EU usually hides it but Brexit and later the Ukraine war have meant they have shown their hand much more than the ordinary Joe would see otherwise.
