Sorry if I've missed a tread for this; can't see one for looking.

There'll be goals in this, as always seems to be the case when we play them.

I shall be there watching and I'm hoping for a Palace win, of course, but I think I'll go for 2-2

2-3 win for us.
Daichi with the winner!

Wary of their new Manager bounce, and a 1-1 is likely, although a 2-1 win for us would be excellent!!

Would have fancied it more if we could have got their manager the sack. It's always different with a new manager. 1-1 isn't a bad shout as they will try to be more solid but Bowen is a huge loss to them. They haven't been good in defence so we should score one even if they are more organised.
If Sarr is out then who exactly goes there? Without Esse I wouldn't have minded Rak-Sakyi but that ship has sailed - with no realistic back up here. So I guess Nketiah; which is incredibly underwhelming. Fingers crossed that Sarr is fit - or that Nketiah suddenly becomes transformed.

If Sarr is fit I am going for a positive result, 2-1 to us. Without him I would say 2-1 West Ham thanks to their new manager bounce

West Ham are without their 3 strikers - Antonio, Bowen and Fulkring.
I suppose Ings could play, but the other day they pushed Paqueta further forward.
We should be able to deal with their attack, but they are good on set pieces and Soucek can nick a goal.
I’m going for 1-1 , but hope for a 2-1 win.

Let’s just be fans and say we are going to win today after our great signing - COYP! Anywhere decent to eat near the ground?

If we play like we did against Leicester in the first half then we will lose 3-0. If we play like we did in the second half we will win 3-1

I think it is significant that WHU have had an extra 24 hours recovery period, and that their previous game, against Fulham was also at home, so no travel upheavals. Throw in the ravages of flu at Selhurst and I think we have our work cut out today! Praying for a miracle, as ever…………

I was thinking that, especially as how lacking in energy we looked in the first half against Leicester, we might have to Batton down the hatches early on today as well while we get going

But I’ll go 2-2 today
