The government admitting we have an immigration problem only really means one thing.....digital ID 🙄

Sir Humphrey: Minisiter this is our plan to tackle the public's concerns about immigration.
1. Deny there is a problem.
2. Admit there might be a problem but it was all the fault of the previous government and has now gone away.
3. Admit that there is still a problem but that the government has focused it's full resources on resolving it e.g. we are doing nothing but we are talking about doing something.
4. See point 1.

There's been an underhanded campaign to get everyone to renew their public services card. You need to renew it for this, renew it for that. I had to renew it to renew my driving licence. Which is unconnected in any way.
We were also fined by the EU for our public services card and the sharing of irrelevant data. But clearly still doing it. Likely still being fined.

I just passed by the city west hotel....a new barrier wall erected around the hotel and strong Police presence....pity they can't do the same for our borders.
Also the demographics of city west look very different to a few years ago....
