I make us the stronger side on the day. They are out of form, and their window has been similar to our’s.

I predict we keep our unbeaten streak going, and Yeremy will have a bold & fruitful debut.

7 in 7, I believe, and it's the sort of game where Villa are desperate to score and leave spaces for him to run into. I am concerned though that his touch has been poor so far this season. It was only his speed that enabled him to score in the Community shield after a clumsy touch, Villa will equalize as we tire
 
We looked wrecked on Thursday. I can see us playing well up till the 70th min and then villa will have more energy and win 3-1 and they finally beat their bogey team.

Would take a draw if offered to me now.
 
Psychologically we have the upper hand. But are all those legs up for another 80-90mins? It seems Olly shares (thankfully only) one trait with Woy, ie a reluctance to use substitutes until the last 10-15 minutes. Hopefully Villa go for it and JP and Sarr are able to capitalise- but only if the quality of that final ball is much better. Will Esse get a reasonable run? I hope so, he's got that same cocky swagger both Zaha and Eze had early on and Olly is the best man to make or break him.
 
I am going for a 1-1 and hopefully some positive news before kick off of another signing. It should make for a tight stressful game. Nothing much between our teams in spite of our good record against them.
A win and it’ll be an incredible start prior 1st international break given our squad size

Seeing whether Guehi is on the team sheet will probably be the most interesting event for us tomorrow, with whether Yerermy comes on as an 80th minute sub with us 2 down would also be worth seeing.

As would Glasner’s face after the game. I think Guehi will play whatever lies in store on Monday.
 
Our run has to come to an end at some point, but it won’t be tomorrow. This has a 1 nil to the Palace all over it with Yeremy coming on in the second half to mark his debut.
 
Odd feeling for Game 3.

Lose, say 2-0. and Guehi leaves we go into the international break with fewer points than any of the promoted clubs, finding it difficult to buy a goal in any competition, and have lost arguably our two best players plus have an unhappy manager

Win, and it's 5 points from 3 games including two away. One , where we were VARRED against the club world champions , one where we up against a massively stronger squad and one against a Europa standard team Plus we have two good long term signings already in the bag with more likely on Monday
