US Politics

kamala Harris would not look out of place in the Big Brother House. There are people working minimum-wage fast-food jobs at West Croydon who are more Presidential than her. And if i were the boss of such a food establishment , i would not offer a job to Kamala......she comes across as 'unstable'.
Unlike the rock steady Trump of course. LMAO

At least Trump worked McDonalds
Kamala Harris lied about working there.

Working fast food, where being mentally unstable is probably a prerequisite.

It's all thanks to you Donald 👍 👍

Mark Carney.

😎
All those Mexicans should just bypass the USA and head straight to Canada. Let's see how all those new liberals like that.

140,000 Mexicans already live in Canada. So yes, it could be nice for them to go there in greater numbers.

it would help harmonise the cultures of the US and Canada. Opening up the way for a merger.
Canada has always had a better, pragmatic and forward thinking immigration policy than the USA. They don’t have the difficultly of a long southern border with impoverished and desperate people on the other side. Not yet, although they might in the future the way things are going.

With Trump’s approach likely to produce an economic downturn in the USA with both rising prices and a labour shortages this could well benefit Canada as a stable place for a progressive business to site itself. Especially one that targets worldwide markets and not solely those in North America.

Why would Canada agree to a merger with the declining super power? They are much more likely to strengthen links with the rising one.

When Carney was Governor of the Bank of England and Bercow Speaker, it was difficult to choose which one was the most irritating, incompetent and generally obnoxious.

Judge is suspended by Wisconsin Supreme Court (liberal majority).

I have only just caught up with this story quite incredible. I assumed incorrectly this was about a judge making a ruling that Trump didn't like, far from it. In this case a judge actively assisted a suspect from evading arrest by Federal agents (Federal law overrides local law).

Some say this sets a dangerous precedent, they are correct. Judges are not above the law, how can one punish suspects who break the law whilst breaking the law themselves, aiding and abetting a felon.

It turns out that this is an activist judge who has gone too far. It's one thing to make a ruling the Feds don't like quite another to assist someone in escaping from Federal agents.

I predict she will lose her job if these claims are true, she has no credibility.

So why not stop buying shares. You only do it to get richer yourself and your investments makes it possible for the rich you don’t like to get richer. You are part of the system you hate. You are actually playing the game you say is rigged.
Hardly a sound bite is it?
Yes, it is a sound bite.

The same logic says I also shouldn't go to work and collect a salary - I only go to work to get richer myself, and my work makes it possible for the rich I don't like to get richer - so should I not do that either?

I have no choice but to be part of this system - you seem to be suggesting that I have to raise my family in poverty in order to vocally object to wealth inequality. We can all agree that is dumb.

That’s not the account I have read which said the accused was consulting with their attorneys and the Judge was in her chamber and had no role at all in the guy deciding to leave the building.

In any case if the Judge was suspected of a criminal act the place for the arrest was not in the Courthouse but outside it. This was a deliberate act by a Justice Department trampling on the rights of the State to conduct its own business.

It’s a slippery slope when politics seeks to override well established conventions.
