US Politics

You’re the only one with TDS. Ignoring every other sign of his performance other than your own blind faith.
It's Sunday morning and you are going mad over Trump 😂

Maybe a Whitehouse visit might not cure your TDS. Maybe you are too far gone.

Anyways suns shining and life's too short to be arguing about politics. Have a day off 👍🏻 get your morning coffee in and breath.

It wasn't the best yesterday in all fairness. But we should be used to it.

Apart from the badge on it, your tech stuff is I suggest 90% chinese with an occasional bit of Korea poland etc. thrown in.

American stuff and all my other stuff is also, somewhat alarmingly, chinese in all but name.

Tariffs are off now on phones computers and tech, it is after-all a different day of the week.

Gane over already Donald Donut?

He's a d-eeee-saster........

😎

I will. Safe in the knowledge your hero is an abject failure 😎.

What people were jailed just for expressing views? Posting hate speech is not expressing views, much as you might wish it was.

What evidence do you have for your assertion that the guy being deported is a trouble maker? Read what his lawyers have said.

Why people get protection varies and depends on their circumstances, the law and the way a Judge applies it. Without either knowing the circumstances, the law, or being a Judge, none of us has any real idea.

Define hate speech.

Why? My own definition is irrelevant. It’s how it’s legally defined that matters.

You may find this helpful:-

I'll define it here, summarising the document.

"Anything that one of the protected groups doesn't like"

And what is prosecuted?

"Anything the current government feels like selectively".

It's not really a criminal code, more of a gagging order. Suddenly people have to agree with other religions and sexual preferences even if it's against their own secular, moral or religious beliefs.

Literally, have to accept anything uncritically or face investigation.

Simply stating a scientific fact like men can't get pregnant would be considered "hate speech".

How so?

The one deciding is a Judge! Not a member of a protected group or the government.

Before it even gets in front of a Judge the CPS must decide if there is sufficient evidence for a possible conviction.

It’s the law that is involved. Not perceived prejudices.

Perceptions are part of it.

The CPS uses definitions agreed with the National Police Chiefs' Council to identify incidents/crimes which involve an element of hostility on the grounds of sexual orientation or being transgender and to monitor the decisions and outcomes:

"Any incident/criminal offence which is perceived, by the victim or any other person, to be motivated by a hostility or prejudice based on a person's sexual orientation or perceived sexual orientation" or

"Any incident/criminal offence which is perceived, by the victim or any other person, to be motivated by a hostility or prejudice against a person who is transgender or perceived to be transgender".

It's entirely how it's perceived by a person, or other to consititue a possible, perceived offence - as Teddy shows above.

Then the CPS selectively chooses what to prosecute - as shown and noted by yourself too.

Also wild you’ll ignore opinion polls because they haven’t asked literally every single person on the planet but you think a UFC crowd is representative of wider public opinion 🤣

My comment was tongue in cheek 🤪

However it furthers my point that opinion polls should be ignored. You could do an opinion poll in the UFC arena and will get positive results but go down to looney libs town hall meeting and get negative results.
