If you think he is doing this for the benefit of anyone else but himself you are mad. He is a megalomaniac who owns a major social media outlet that he runs on his rules.

What is the answer?

Been pondering your question. Truth is, I don't know. Just convinced we are not voting our way out of it though. And for me, that is the line in the sand a lot more people have to cross before any kind of solution starts to emerge. At the moment we still have an engrained collective belief in 'democracy' that will take a fair while to shift.

Personally I think the long-term answer will emerge in Europe. Things there are much closer to a tipping point than people realise. Here in the UK we will muddle on until the reality of multi-culturalism actually being multi-tribalism finally becomes so blindingly clear that people have to start acting in their respective best intersts.

But our real enemy is the Left. They are the self-loathing mutants who actually want to cancel white people out by reducing us to little more than serfs who are taxed to death by way of facilitating their virtue-signalling open-border policy and which will ultimately implode once things fall apart to the extent that the Welfare State breaks down completely.

Then things get interesting.

My own hope for an 'answer' is a new Holy Roman Empire. With Nukes! And with a mission to liberate Constantinople. But I suspect, that ain't going to happen any time soon.

People are sheep. Their attitudes switch with the right stimulus.

The reason why the liberal elite are so keen to shut down GB News and to prevent Musk from funding Reform is because they are afraid. They know that the biggest influence on people is that screen in their living room.
The Right must do what the Left have done for years. Flood the populous with propaganda.
The difference being that they can simply tell the truth instead of filling people's heads with delusional nonsense.

Change starts small and spreads like a ripple on a pond, and the only people who can stand up to the elites are other elites. They can provide the pebble.
We cannot afford to squabble about the way forward. The Right must grab every advantage it can get and run with it.

Life goes on though and something new will emerge. For me the wider issue is that the notion of the nation state is now being so undermined that I am not sure we have any chance of having it restored. There is no going back to the 'good old days'. Question is what emerges to replace it.

For my part I would prefer democracy to anything else, even if it delivers a left wing government, but the rider to that is that freedom of thought and expression cannot be restricted, but those restrictions are steadily creeping into Britain now.

Enough is never enough for some people, Farage is lapping it up at the moment, if he were to win the mandate for him would be do what he is told, if there is a full scale war in Europe and Trump is president, there is no way he would get involved, a ring of Steele around the USofA.
