Trepidation for the 26/27 Prem season ?

I do have an "Old fashioned wooden rattle", a bobble hat and scarf but they have not made an appearance at Selhurst Park for quite some time ! I have never possessed a claret and blue walking stick which one used to see in bygone days.

are you really an Eagle ? that is something i fear every hour of my waking being.

And even ONE Minute prior to the final whistle in the FA Cup final i was just waiting for us to fv.ck it up. Even today i still cannot believe we won it. I reckon the missus put some LSD into my evening Cocoa.

It would be so good if you brought your rattle to a game and used it all game 🤩
 
Without wanting to sound pessimistic, with our currrnt squad and European games I think just avoiding relegation would be a successful season for us.

A lot also hinges on the likes of Pino and strand Larsen kicking on and showing us their full potential. Also Brennan Johnson, surely there's a player in there someway so if we can get the Forest version of him it'll be a massive plus.

Conversely - poor players staying poor, lack of leadership at the back without Lacroix, injuries and euro games could really scupper us this year
 
Me thinks we need Dougie,back to undo all the untold damage being done, by Hobbs,who can only be described as failing in his role.
 
I was getting concerned about the lack of transfer activity so wanted to compare it to other clubs and found that even though we've only made one signing, there are six teams in the league with fewer signings than us so far this window 😯
 
Many of us had some trepidation last summer about the coming season, mainly over a failure to create a squad as we saw it, to cope with the work load coming up. It feels very similar now, but Parish, does this season on season ,and it’s not always pretty but we improve year on year even down to winning Silver ware at a high level. Just hope he continues to get it right.
 
Some concern as it’s a new manager but we’ve still got the core squad and some others a coming back from injury or loan. And Sage has a good track record- we have a very good chance of having another great season
