I've never thought of their songs as being any more disgusting than those of other teams. But the funereal tempo at which they perform their favourite - "When the spurs go marching in" - just does my head in. I can only assume that they're so dim that they need a bit of time to keep remembering the next word.

I remember we had Spurs at home when we did a pre match tribute to Maxi Jazz. The Spurs fans booed relentlessly throughout which I felt was classless and disrespectful. It made beating them twice last season even sweeter.

Think the problem today will be no one on the bench to strengthen us when our first 11 get knackered. Back 5 should be okay provided no injuries but it’s those in front of them that will struggle with 20/30 mins to go. Difficult to call it, as we need to be a couple up with 20/30 to go to allow us to get a win. I’m going 2.1 Palace but can easily see a draw or defeat as well. Glad it’s Spuds today and not a form side. 🙂
