Sounds an attractive idea, but I think that allowing the courts to tell company managements the terms on which they must employ their workforce is philosophically unacceptable and very likely lead to bad performance.

Other western countries ban strikes by key workers and they seem to function fine.

One can see the attraction of the Conservative proposal of banning Doctors from striking and many would deem there is undeniable logic to it.

The estimate of £367 Mill is the cost of Labour's cowardice and patients are left paying the price.
The Labour party bears responsibility for the chaos that is unfolding.
