Hi all can anyone say the resold there tickets online and if so how. I tried and failed a couple of times. And even tried following the video via the palace website.

I have , I travel a lot so sometimes I am not in country -

Go to your ticketing account - match tickets - look at the top of the page for your profile details, it has a red dot against it if you have a ticket to manage ( upcoming game) click on that a quarter page drop down box & in there you can manage the ticket - i.e go to resale, any issues message me.

Hi thanks for the info. I can’t see a red dot do you have to do this of a laptop or something and the app or official website .

Just rang the box office and put up for sale.

Not sure how the re-sale actually works. Do you only receive a credit if the club manage to sell your tickets ?
