Some people have inquired about that & were told it would be sent after the game & in all likelyhood a digital one with a pdf option.
I hope not, thought it would be an old style paper one 🤦♂️ . My son has got a couple issued through Ticketmaster for concerts and they were plastic cards.
Unless I missed it, did the club actually say what they would be like?

I haven’t yet. Apparently it was emailed to me but i never received it. Wembley will sed it to me directly later today, hopefully!

Wembley sent me the ticket directly but it was the wrong one,it was the one I already had. Does anybody know if we can collect tickets directly at the stadium tomorrow?

I haven't received my ticket by email. Everyone else got theirs to their email address on Tuesday....except me.
Looked in Spam, looked in Trash in case I deleted it accidentally. And on my Palace app ticket wallet, the seat details are there but the 'Add to Wallet' message isn't.
Anyone had similar problems?

I would try ticket office at Wembley. With ID, purchase used card , booking ref number and Palace client ref number ready to prove identity.

Never received an email so I tried accessing my ticket on the Palace app in my fan wallet. The ticket details were there but the link to add it to my Android Wallet wasn't. The seven numbers I tried were all closed on Saturdays.
But.... I asked my son to log in as me on his Iphone and lo and behold, my ticket was downloadable!
