Amorim it is then!All the noises I have heard is (once they took the plunge with Glasner and started signing players that suit his preferred style) that all new head coaches/managers moving forward have to fit the system we have in place and the players we currently use within that system.
Personally I think that is a good idea. It means we dont lose a truck load of money every time we change manager because the new guy doesn't fancy half our team and wants to bring in 4 or 5 of his own preferred players.
Dont want to play 3 at the back with wing backs? Then you're applying for the wrong job.
