A Muslim teacher who told pupils gay and transgender people are "mentally ill" and "Ukrainians are Nazis" has been banned from teaching.
Transgender people or as I prefer to call them transsexuals, are suffering gender dysphoria, which is a mental illness. So I'm not disagreeing with that one.
It doesn't make someone a bad person as there are lots of different mental illnesses. What someone gets up to that doesn't hurt others is for them, but believing you are born the wrong sex isn't an everyday mental condition.
I think there is some genetic basis for homosexuality though it's not as solid as some believe but probably because nailing the interplay between genes is difficult, just as it is with intelligence.
But there is also a environmental component to homosexuality that is far stronger than with something like intelligence, which is mostly genetic.....Intelligence is 3/4 maybe even 4/5 genetic. With homosexuality we know that with males it's somewhere between 3 and 5 percent but it's potentially much higher with females. Cultural encouragement increases those numbers....though how much is genuine rather than impressionable minds responding to culture is difficult to say.
There is a neo Nazi political party in Ukraine, which polled at 7 percent when they last had an election.
Some of Ukraine military's best front line regiments happen to be pretty spicy in that regard and Ukraine has a history here.
Nevertheless, obviously the vast majority of Ukraine aren't......but they are majority social conservative and considering they are going to get unwanted rainbow and alphabet laws and third world immigration forced onto them from the EU.....I have sympathy.
But that's the path they were taken down.
