‘Technical’ season ticket plus update

I was going to post this in the post about the winners shirt pre-order but this is a wider issue that will affect all new season ticket plus holders and their benefits.

I have decided to upgrade to Plus for the first time on renewal and wanted to use the 10% discount on the Winners Shirt but had no option online to get that discount. I looked into other benefits and even though it lists me as a Plus holder and tells me ‘your benefits’ when you click on them it glitches and insists you need to buy a membership. So no discount, no Palace TV etc etc.

I spoke to the Box Office and they said new members will be active on July 1st. So I called on Tuesday and was told wait til the end of the day.

Of course nothing happened so I just spoke to them again and they said there is technical problem and no ETA on the fix. They cannot provide me with a solution either to get what I want with the discount.

But what I’m more frustrated about as I’m sure others will be - they have our money and we should have the perks but do not. This COULD impact us getting early access to tickets like Community Shield etc.

They offered no solution. Sick of how our club is run at times. Never in favour of the fans.

I had a similar issue so I called. Was told that the guy who sorts out the techy parts of memberships was away, so I'd just have to wait
 
The email reply I got from the box office when I asked:

"I can see that you do have season ticket plus.

Last season benefits expired on the 31st May

ST plus benefits will not start again until August."
 
Although the Palace TV section of the website says its broadcasting the 29th July friendly against Mainz -
Obvs as a St + holder I am going to want to be able to log in.
