Here is my attempt.
Back row: Dave Horn (trainer), George Graham (coach), ???, ????, David Fry, Paul Barron, Terry Boyle, Ernie Walley (coach) and Allan Harris (coach)
Middle row: Terry Venables, Mike Flanagan, Paul Hinshelwood, Billy Gilbert, Terry Fenwick and Frank Lord (coach)
Front row: Steve Leahy, Tony Sealy, Jim Cannon, Vince Hilaire Clive Allen and Gerry Francis
Am I right about second left in the back row being George Graham? And I'm not sure about 2nd right and far right in that row being Walley and Harris. Charlie Simpson the physio is usually in these photos.
Several players are defintiely missing: Peter Nicholas, Jerry Murphy and, I think Ian Walsh too. Although Walsh may be to the left and in front of of David Fry. As for the other unidentified player is in that row - maybe Steve Brennan?

Steve Lovell and Shaun Brooks are the two top left, i think the bottom left is David Boulter?
Thank you for Lovell and Brooks. Makes sense as they did play during the 1980/81 season.
Looking carefully, there's another player I originally missed, standing behind Gilbert. Maybe that's Jerry Murphy?
Looking at David Boulter on holmesdale.net, he does look a bit like him. But Boulter only signed as a trainee that summer, so he would have been very young.

I actually remember it, not the result or who we were playing, but we were standing in the new stand enclosure near the front and the first thing he did right in front of us, was stand on the ball and fall arse over bollock, so it wasn’t a good start for him
