It’s been pointed out Esse on loan a decision by a “ lame duck “ manager .
I’d have Franca back ,bollocks to home sick …we ve got no frigging players .

I would get rid now at least with a new manager we might get a
“bounce “ win .

Not sure what you expect manager to do we don't have the players had they done proper recruitment in summer this would not have been an issue well they didn't and this new window comes what has happened wow 1 signing yet we just lost our captain as well.

We haven’t won for ten games. Ten. We have lost in exactly the same fashion repeatedly. Started ok and as soon as we are behind it is game over.

In that time we have lost to a team over a hundred places below us and deserved to lose.

We haven’t tried anything different tactically and he has continued to play players out of position.

We are the worst team in the division right now and it is not really close. If this goes on for three games more we will be in a relegation battle. Paying off a manager whose methods have stopped working is cheaper than the risk of going down. That risk is small now but won’t be in a month’s time.

Something has got to change.
 
At 1-1 we sat back ,Hendo appeared to be time wasting a bit .
I just knew they would score ..3 mins later
When they sat back and defended their lead ,we looked impotent ,devoid of any threat .
s*** crosses ,crap passing .
It was like another team came out at half time .
 
Hard call isn't it? Do you risk getting a new man in and plummeting while his ideas get across to the players or do you stick with a bloke who refuses to change his style no matter how appalling we have become but knows and gets on with the players?
Either way we are falling fast so I'd f*** Glasner off now just for a bit of new manager excitement.
And while we're at it sell Mateta asap. I'd take anyone who knows the offside rule at the moment. Utter useless lump.
 
No subs at all today is absolute madness imo. Glasner is basically in the dugout screaming at Parish "Sack me, sack me now!" Let him go, try to find a replacement, och give Paddy the riegns, anything is better than this. Glasner has lost the dressing room, and by the sound of it, majority of the fans. Thanks for the memori

You stick with the guy you know can turn it around when he has his best team available. Sarr and Munoz both back next week. We're on a bad run. Its really not the end of the World. Massively unlikely we could be relegated.
Even if we did want to make a change now most of the clubs preferred choices would not be willing to come half way through a season.

I get SAD at this time of year, Palace doing their best to make me suicidal. Another miserable weekend. The worst thing is any improvement is nowhere in sight.
 
Maybe Glasner does want to be sacked and if that is the case then it is very poor behaviour. Of course the easy way to stop that is put Paddy in charge and put Glasner on gardening leave but don’t sack him.

You would hope he is more professional than that but he has already lost a lot of the fans and Parish is not so stupid as to be immune to what is happening.
