Parish usually gets his dismissal speech ready when we're really s*** and fallen to around 15th, well we have more or less arrived. It can't be that we are a one man team (Munoz) without whom we can't function, no, it's Glasner and his rigid system, no imagination, no spontaneity, no improvisation, the same s*** over and over.
 
We look defeated every time we take the field, this is absolutely shocking. Pinot has been so poor, even the Mrs has said what does he bring. Losing Eze hasn’t caused this shite form, this is down to disharmony in the higher echelons seeping down.
Parish needs to step forward with some stirring encouragement.

Completely agree Penge. I can't believe that this is doing his reputation any good either. Ten games with no win and complete tactical inflexibility in the face of key injuries. Also doesn't seem to be able to stay in a job for more than 2 years.

It's such a shame, if he signed a new deal I feel like almost our entire fanbase would support him through this terrible run, how often does that happen?
 
In all of this I have to say if Glasner stays then the boys will be less motivated.
He took us as far as he could with the parish constraints and so it's time to start a new chapter.
Maybe a new manager is what we need to instil some fresh, much needed motivation moving forwards.
A new manager will have a clear plan to work to whereas now we are stuck with a manager who is in charge of a team who he doesn't want to manage moving forward.
What message does that send the players? Hardly motivating.
Oh let's bring the conference cup home to cheer everyone up. Bit late for that. Should have made an effort with that in the first place.
I don't entirely blame Parish for that but I also think he has taken us as far as he can.

I said in a post a few days ago if he doesn’t get a win in the next couple after this and we lose to Brighton then his position would be untenable and the board would have to act. That was before he announced he was leaving. I think it is a given now he will be sacked under those circumstances if not before
 
Personally I don't see what Ollie could have done much differently when he was short of players. But probably it will be best to replace him with a new manager as soon as possible and hope for the new manager bounce.

I think the problem is, Glasner flatly refuses to change anything. We have a much better option for a back 4 today than trying to make the system work. We could have gone flat at the back and tightened up the middle. Put Pino in behind JP and at least we would have been a bit stronger. Instead we play a left foot midfielder at right wing back and a central midfield enforcer in centre back.

That is why we have not won for 10 games not because Munoz and Sarr are out.

Not its all Glasner's fault. I still think the board let him down badly in the summer and him announcing he's leaving mean's this transfer window will be a dud, with SP and the others happy to think we'll probably have enough to limp across the line and just stay up. Mission accomplished.

How far have we fallen from the feel good factor of last May?

Genuinely cannot see where the next points are coming from.. We are simply awful and totally devoid of any attacking threat whatsoever.

He may of scored today but Pino is just woeful. Don't think I've seen many more lightweight players than him.

Thank God we picked up points at the start of the season. If we hadn't we would without a doubt be in a relegation battle.
