Strasbourg Predictions

Country
France
Strasbourg lost 1-0 away on Saturday and now lie 5th in Ligue 1. It's going to be tough playing there in front of a raucous crowd. I'm sure OG is going to play his strongest side, possibly the same starting 11 as against Wolves, with the exception of Canvot replacing Richards. Hopefully we can come away with at least a point, maybe all 3. I'm going for a 1-1.

Why would you think that?

Glasner is going to exhaust the starting eleven if he doesn't allow for more rotation.

If he goes in January.....it's going to leave the incoming manager with the worst of worlds.

Strasbourg with a capable manager at the helm will prove a 'Tough nut to crack' on their ground accordingly I do not envisage a win for our team.
There is much to be said for your 'fear the worst' attitude Willo !
A feeling gendered by a lifetime of Palace disappointments no doubt. I have to restrain myself from sharing the same doomsday forecasts as, at 85 I have endured 77 years as a Palace supporter.
Perhaps, I must be cautious here, we are at the start of a glorious chapter ? FA Cup winner and in Europe - who would have thought?
At last we have found a manager of insight and enthusiasm which has galvanised our team to play above themselves. I do hope he stays, he will be difficult to replace after the relative stagnation under Hodgson who never found a way of utilising capable number 9's - Sorloth, Bamford etc.

But, back in 'Willo mood' I don't see a win in France but if we do it will be joy unconfined !
