More the difference it makes to investors and staff - principally playing and coaching.
A settled well run Board creates certainty and a foundation for development.
Our Board appears well run but the ownership structure is unsettled.
A bigger club can have any manner of uncertainty but the wages it can offer and the vast resources that will guarantee top flight football off-sets any concerns about its future.
Our Boardroom shenanigans - only bubbling under the surface - could derail our plans and jeopardize our future if tensions spill out. And that is the difference it makes to fans.
The Textor/Parrish bromance on Saturday will have presented a gloss of solidarity or, perhaps, evidence of real rapprochement. Either way, the only giant fly in the ointment currently causing me any concerns is one of ownership.
