I think his point may be that it’s difficult enough for long term Palace members (with a client reference) to get a match ticket, never mind a tourist who only joined the site yesterday.

I can understand the perspective alright . We would be just blow ins from Ireland visiting for the weekend . Mrs and daughter are going to a show and the young fella said he would prefer go to a match . My uncle used to support palace .
But then on the flip side , how can a club attract new supporters if getting tickets is only for current supporters/members . Who knows , maybe if we do go to the match and if my son enjoys it so much that he starts supporting them because of his experience of visiting selhurst park .
