Like the Covid Contract debacle, I bet he's squirrelled a lot more away than what he spent on a car and motorhome and assorted luxuries. I bet he's set up some kind of retirement/slush fund and that is where investigators are really going to have to dig around to try and recover it. A lot of it may be untouchable now, or at least not readily identifiable as stolen.
