Skill, attitude or tactics?

How do you rate the importance of these three things in football?
Yes, they're all important but in what order?
For me it's
1. Skill. Better players will win more than they lose.
2. Attitude. Talent needs to be properly applied.
3. Tactics. Just a framework.
But...these three can change in order of importance; often during the same game.

Do you have a different opinion?

1. Attitude - Plenty of skilful players don't excel because of poor attitude. Plenty like Kevin Keegan over achieve because they have the right attitude. At Palace we can't afford passengers so give me a striker who works his socks off for the team over a lazy skilful one any day.
2. Skill. Of course we all love skilful players and Palace have recently had a glut.
3. Tactics. I agree it is just a framework. Often it's an excuse by the players for poor performance (see England vs Argentina) or when a team wins the manager takes the credit. I think most footballers know what is expected of them and tactics are only really important in specific areas e.g. defending a corner or free kick. Other than that defenders know to give the ball to the midfielder who can pass and not whack a ball back to the keeper who can't trap a ball etc.
