UEFA are using a rule that only applies when someone has decisive influence over two clubs. Something John Textor never had that at Palace, and he has already agreed to sell his shares. That sale has now been approved by the Premier League. The conflict UEFA are punishing us for does not even exist anymore, and arguably never did.


Meanwhile, other clubs with clear ownership links have been allowed to compete using legal loopholes or were let off with fines. Palace are being punished for far less.


This is not about rules. It is about double standards.

I’m sorry. I’m a bit confused about change.org. They are giving me the impression that unless I pay, my signature won’t go on the petition. I decided to pay, and they “flipped” the colours of the buttons, and the next thing I knew I had signed up to pay £3 per month. I didn’t feel comfortable about this.

I think I signed something on their website before, then I got bombarded with requests from them to sign other petitions I had no interest in, and some I was quite hostile to.

What should you do if all you want to do is sign the petition once?

No your signature just needs you to verify your email. Change.org charge for the petition to be advertised and shared wider, that is what the cost normally is.
