People were logging into the Q on multiple devices so Q was inflated probably by up to 3 to 4 times.

We had enough allocation for 'our supporters' but our club allow the scammers to jump us in the queue & somehow book ? I hate the modern world as not an even playing field. CPFC need to be shamed for letting their supporters down & don't deserve our weekly turn out & loyalty through the crap times as well as the good.Suspect there is a lot of that.
Easy for me to say as I got my tickets pretty easy. But we know with this (unlike Oasis for example) that we've got enough allocation to get the season ticket holders tickets.
IMO it doesn't really matter where you are, the main thing is being there.
I liked the old way, queued outside the ground in 1990 for my ticket round the Sainsbury’s carpark! I queued this time, got a message saying ‘unusual activity’ and timed out even though I was only on one PC. I tried another laptop and same happened. Eventually bought on my phone!! Trick to get seats together is let the app do it for you and then be quick in the checkout. Don’t faff trying to pick from the map! That’s what happened to my mate who was booking ours, panic set in for a second but he ended up in tickets and all good in the endDecided to go for my run rather than sit there at 10. Got on at 10.20 and had to wait 15 mins with a live update. Now it told me timed out and whilst I’m thinking wtf it took me to the tickets. Choosing a seat was a bit tricky but as somebody said, all going for the same ones.
Not ideal but ok experience. Feel for those struggling particularly those with a better history.

Probably it is stuck sometimes. Went to box office, they could see it, pressed a button and received the e-mail confirmation.That happened to me before but my tickets did show up eventually.
People have paid for Gold membership and not been able to get a ticket home or away all season due to 16,000 Gold members all competing for 3/4,000 tickets. To be honest I think the least the club can do is make it easier for Gold members to get a Wembley ticket. Especially when we have a 40,000 allocation meaning everyone that wants one should be able to get one.You would’ve thought for the final it will be season ticket holders before gold members, if it’s not people will be hunting parish down I think

Takes 5 minutes to buy one online. Forget the phones. Waste of time.
The club have seriously messed up. No way should gold members have equal rights to season ticket holders. I have heard several stories today people getting tickets who where only general members. It depends on whether you go on website. App. Or ticket master route. It is not consistent. Then you see tickets already on sale on ticket sites. Those tickets should be cancelled immediately. I am a previous long term season ticket holder and now only a member. I have no gripe having to wait till Monday to get a ticket but club get this wrong every time. If I miss out I don't mind providing the tickets went to genuine fans not ticket touts who bought a gold membership and then sell it at a profit. I still have faith that I can get a ticket on Monday. But my dad who is 78 and a long term season ticket holder couldn't get a ticket today because of time outs and system failures. He is now considering not renewing next year.
