Season tickets 2025/6

Managed to buy my ticket for next season. Entry to the ticket buying system from "news" items on the CPFC site totally frustrating. Got in using the quick links from my account details.

Quite right,they need to sort out their digital system, it's a nightmare to navigate.
I bought a season ticket+, and now they keep sending me emails to upgrade to a season ticket+, crazy.

My son has a ST+ (as do I) and has spent his career in the e-mail marketing space. His quote this morning: "It's crazy how terrible their data management is."

It's absolutely mind-boggling that they would send an e-mail asking me to upgrade to ST+ when I already purchased it yesterday. This is not rocket science ...

Would they know were they to be hacked? Would hackers actually be able to find anything? with Ticketmaster in the background there is the fear of one day home tickets being blocked to allow away supporters in.
 
got mine today .
easy went to the club shop and brought them .
10 minutes at most
the staff were very pleasant
 
Anyone know why I can't get tickets for people on my F&F list, I've tried absolutely everything even standing on one leg while I'm trying navigate this.

Are you set up so that you can manage and/or assign their tickets ?
Clink on their names and it should show what authority you have.
 
Honest question looking for intelligent answers please

If a season ticket is bought by myself and I can’t get to every game, (I live and work on the Isle of Wight and I get to as many games as possible) is it easy to transfer or allow someone else to use the season ticket to go to certain games if I can’t go?

Yes it's very easy.
The club allows you to transfer to anybody with a membership number.
The process (on the website or app) is quite straightforward.
I've done this quite a few times, and find the folks on this board quite easy to deal with.
You would collect them money yourself, then send. Face value of course!

I believe the club also offers the ability to list your tickets on their website.
I THINK they charge a fee for that, but am not 100% sure on that.
Never have done it that way.

Ahh brilliant that’s great to hear. I want to get a season ticket this year but don’t want to spend the monies if I can only go a few times which makes it very expensive.

So do you just say on here, I have a ticket available, and when someone wants it you get their membership number and they send monies and you then transfer the ticket?

What is face value for the home tickets normally? 👍

Did you clear the season ticket wait list? That's impressive!
Yes, that's how it has worked for me.
Pretty good success rate, there's almost always folks looking.

No not yet, I’m being optimistic lol! I struggled to get tickets for away games last season (a lot are easier to get to than home games) and with European games as well I thought getting a season ticket and getting monies back would help me get more tickets 👍👍
