Anyone else struggling with this? As always for me the website is hopeless. I am just getting engaged on box office phone. No wonder it takes us an age to buy players if this is what happens!!
Our systems are archaic.

Yes same here - no online function, only telephone which is constantly engaged, so likely have to spend hours just trying to get through on phone. No mention previously that it would be by phone only. So much for season ticket +
 
I love "Glad All Over" but after 1 1/2 hrs of listening to it and still on hold with the box office trying to see if I can change my seat and not even knowing what number I am in the queue, I'll be happy not to listen to it again for a while......

If you can, it's so much easier to do it in the box office.

Went in this morning about 10:30 and there were at least four 'tills' open with box office staff .
First option : Any two together first five rows upper holmesdale (sort of knew there wouldn't be but you never know)
Second option: move to a seat I knew would be vacant next to the Mrs as I knew the person sitting there wasn't renewing - sorted.

All done and dusted within five minutes.

By the time I'd picked up my Leipzig programme from the shop side that I'd ordered, I'd also received the email confirming the seat move.
 
Not able to go to the box office as at work.

I have now managed (after 3 hrs of trying to do so) to get through and change my seat, and have to say that the lady who I spoke to was extremely helpful. I have found the box office staff to always be helpful and friendly once you get through to them, it would be good if they had a decent call system to help them.

After 3 hours of trying not much work was done I suppose so you might as well of sloped off to the box office 🤣
 
Too far for me to drive up there today and to get told no can do!

You would think in this day and age! You should be able to choose the vacant seat/s online and when you agree, your old ones become available for someone else to choose.

Engaged all morning and now listening to glad all over !!! Any idea the first number your given when in the queue?
 
Took just over an hour.. countdown starts when you are 10 in the queue and it went down in minutes after that.
It doesn’t take long to tell you no availability.
 
At the moment, seems a stalemate, seat blocking as people can’t move. Just wondering whether it would be worth setting up a swap shop on here !!!

The lines were rammed so people do want to swap locations.

Basically agree to swap with someone and then contact the club to ask them to swap the seats.

Apparently we have until the end of June. Good or bad idea?
