I think it just shows how hard it is to go from really good U21 player to first team squad/bench/player. I think we've done well with the players that have come through and hope those who move on can carve out Pro careers elsewhere. There's no disrespect in playing for Rovers in my book!

Another of our former U21's Rob Street plays/played for Donny. Played against us in the FA Cup tie.
