Not including what we got for sales of younger players. Surprised you have to ask this question.
I looked at transfer windows; you decided to look at specific individuals without providing a context, so it shouldn't be a surprise unless, of course, you expect people to be able to read your mind. Olise went in the same window as Andersen and Johnstone. BTW it's Lacroix not La Croix - surprised you didn't know that.

Having watched the press conference this afternoon by Sage and Henderson it seems to me that Sage will be in place for at least the next two games, and quite possibly beyond.
There was no air of gloom or resignation.

It may be that we win the European tie and lose to Liverpool, but that would still mean that we were competitive in the cups and not adrift in the league.

Nonetheless, the two games after the international break against Coventry and Hull have a make or break feel.

They look like being major rivals in the struggle and these already look like key fixtures ( possibly too early to say '6 pointers', but you know what I mean).
In fact Hull, Coventry and Ipswich are all making a better fist of it that many of us thought they would and it wouldn't surprise me if at least one of them survives.

Had quite enough of you being a silly troll.
I seriously hope you haven't abandoned some poor soul's Aortic Valvotomy to post on here?

Or are you at the paddock mucking out?

Or making another deposit at Coutts & Co?

We get it, you want Mr Sage gone. But a learned fellow like yourself ought to be able to contribute so much more to the debate.
Other than "no managerial experience " John Salako who would you hire? Top 5.

Out of interest, how long would one expect a Bjork-Shiley valve to last?

No, that normally comes after the game.

Thank you Doombear for reiterating what all the rest of us already know. The guy is often funny (unintentionally), seldom right and seems to want a reaction when he throws a little 'Parish out' strop.

Using Olise to make a point was laughable. He is a generational talent that will win the Balon d'or very soon. Not only would it be financially, morally and stupidly wrong to try and keep him at Palace those of us with a brain would realise he is irreplaceable so whining about selling him is ridiculous

I just scanned the write up of the interview. Sounded like Sage was saying we are improving on defending, so have been working hard on going forward to score!
Yep we need to score to win but I think the defending is a long way off from where we want to be.
