Forest currently winning and Sunderland could well spring a surprise at home and beat Chelsea, leaving us BOTTOM of the league.

Is that enough to show SP,that Sage has got to go.

May already be too late to avoid the drop.with our very weak and underperforming squad.
Its all relative this early in the season. Glasner was 17th with 13 points after 15 games in two years ago. 6 games to get 6 points will match that. We had the dream team then too (minus Olise).

As we head towards the bottom of the league, cannot quite believe that over 33% of fans want the useless Sage to remain in place??

I don't think the squad is as bad as you think. This is recoverable.

But the performances are absolutely as bad as they look.

Now Man City are folding to Forest. And in our hour of need when has a game against Liverpool ever helped ...

OK, yes, a couple of times but then there have been a few shellackings along the way

We’re in it now. Time for someone who knows what the f they are doing.
For sure. Sage is clueless. Pretty sure we'll lose and he'll be sacked tomorrow. At least Forest have been playing decent football for most of the season, we have just been a mess. Still plenty of games to sort it but Sage needs to go. Need someone who can put a rocket up their arses and at this stage I'd take Dyche to do that (but would prefer Pereira or Thomas Frank).

I would give Sage until end of November.

You have a kind soul. But the lucky victories against Fulham and Forest, poorly performing teams this season, have covered up how bad it is. The only point we've truly deserved is against Leeds. Though maybe we deserved one against Ipswich? And VAR hasn't helped.

Coventry and Hull next?

I think even a lucky new manager bounce of 4 points against those two could make the difference at the end of the season. They are both a lot more together than us in our current state.

My sentiments exactly. I quite like the guy but he can't organise our team into a cohesive unit. He also seems to hold a grudge against players which is also damning. Just a shambles really. So unfortunately it's au revoir Pierre.

With you on most of that but dont think Sage gets sacked until we find someone else....For all his faults, I think we were lucky to get Glasner and I'm not sure finding a decent coach prepared to risk their reputation will be easy given our current state of affairs.

I'm surprised people are still talking as though Sage has a chance of staying.
He's gone, I mean does anyone seriously believe Parish is going to stick with him?

I'd put money on the fact the decision's already been made, it's just a matter of when they pull the trigger.

I like him as a person too. But he also has that 'I will stick to my principles' nonsense which is my problem with him. His attacking ideas are good. But useless in the reality of winning points in the premier league.

He's the french version of Russell Martin who destroyed Southampton a couple of years ago with this stubbornness to change.

First, and Sir Steve is the best example of this and this is almost a direct quote, your job is to win football games. Once you've shown that you can do that then you can start being more progressive. It's hard, the competition is ferocious. And unless you do it quickly and even then keep on improving otherwise all your best players are gone and you have to recruit better ones. Other unmentionable clubs seem to be able to do that. Palace aren't one of them right now.

Anyone got Sir Steve's number?

It's not just our performances it's the performances of the teams around us is my main concern. They are all playing so much better football than us. I think tomorrow will be the end for Sage, he looks inept.
