I'm not in the 'he saved the club therefore he can never be criticized' camp. There are plenty of those idiots out there, but I will say he clearly loves the club, sees the bigger picture and while decisions he makes are not always the best he gets it right far more than he gets it wrong. I think if he gets this stand built it will be his legacy to the club.
Same as when Arthur Waite pushed Palace up to the next level with a fancy pants new stand (honest, at the time it was) and it was named after him I personally would have no problem with the Main stand being named 'The Steve Parish Main Stand'. It was after all his labour of love and he got it done (hopefully!)
