Reparations

Gathering a head of steam.
Burnham ‘open to calls for UK to apologise’.
What an absolute cuck of a man he is.
The sooner he’s gone the better.
oh yes. Well clearly the miners from a Pit-town in Lancashire were part of the Patriarchy. Living a life of privilege and wealth at the hands of the slave trade. And so their descendants must apologise and i dare say 'pay a levy' ?
Do these descendants still live on the same street ?

can you define 'commonwealth country'.......often the native tribes of the Caribbean got annihilated to make way for slave ships.

Australian aboriginals equally got sidelined by a tsunami of newcomers. Nigel and Sharon arriving in to take over the place. Sure mate, commonwealth countries benefited greatly.

Meanwhile many countries today have slavery alive and well. See below.

I'm talking about countries as they became. Indigenous people in the Carribbean islands were totally wiped out. St Kitts the tribes didn't bend the knee so were all killed.

Black populations in these islands are the final settlers, the whites were there before them.

I'd like to see that in a remake of Cool Runnings

Oprah Winfrey being a prime example, obviously not regarding rap. A multi multi millionaire, owns a home in the Bahamas but still loves to dig out White privilege

Lives on Hawaii, neighbour to The Rock. When disaster struck the island fairly recently they led a heartfelt appeal for the poor people asking for your money, despite each of them being billionaires

I feel these islands are only kept to give rich people tax havens and expensive holidays. All out of the reach of both locals and 99% of us. That's why we don't just get rid.
You can get Citizenship from many Caribbean Islands if you invest money. You then get a
passport which helps to navigate the need for a visa for the UK ( many Chinese, Russians do this). We should deduct how much we have given them in overseas aid etc from what they are demanding, I suspect they owe us

If Slavery was officially ended 160 years ago, none of us, or our parents were at all responsible so at what point does this stop being an issue ? The Germans will be paying forever at this rate.

I'm still paying £75 a month to this fella who emailed me regarding the part my family played in the big bang. Some of the planets have been an unmitigated disaster, and whilst I haven't visited in person, I was told that there are some very unhappy aliens waving their finger at me for my Earth privilege.

I don't want to speak for all white people, but I am actually an evil c**t. Problem is, I don't feel at all guilty about it because evil c**ts don't care.
Whereas i am a racist. The irish are a pack of violent drunken potato-eating terrorist rosary-bead thumping Papist muck-savages and bog-trotters. The women always pregnant, the kids are hooligans, the men illiterate thugs.
The irish must pay reparations to the Brits for all the bullets they cost the State in 1798.

The word hooligan entered the English language in the late 19th century—specifically around 1898—to describe a rowdy, violent street youth or gang member. [1, 2, 3]
The primary etymological theories include:
    • The Irish Surname (Houlihan / O'Hooligan): Most etymologists and lexicographers trace the word to a variation of an Irish family surname like Houlihan. In the 1880s and 1890s, the name was popularized in London music-hall songs and comic sketches as a stereotype of a rowdy or brawling Irishman.
    • Patrick Hooligan (or Hoolihan): A specific historical figure often cited is Patrick Hooligan (born ~1862), an Irish bouncer, thief, and gang member in Southwark, London, who was repeatedly in police custody and died in prison. Journalist Clarence Rook wrote about him in his 1899 book, The Hooligan Nights, helping cement the name in the public lexicon.
    • Police-Court Mishearing: A historical report published in The New York Times in 1900 suggested the word stemmed from a reporter's mishearing at a South London police court, where a witness shouted about a "Hooley gang" rather than "Hooligan".
    • Folk Etymologies: Other anecdotal (and largely apocryphal) theories claim the word derived from a misheard Scottish Gaelic term for midges (meanbh-chuileag) during the 1745 Jacobite rising, though these lack scholarly backing. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
