Relegation battle 25-26

Still want another couple of points on the board for us to be absolutely sure.
Maybe Newcastle should start looking over their shoulders ?🫣
Newcastle should possibly be more worried than they seem to be. Ironic when their owners (as per Wiki) are worth about $440 bn more than the rest of the PL owners combined, including Man City.
I had a look at one of their fan forums after the game and relegation wasn't mentioned at all. They were generally quite complimentary about Palace and agreed it was a penalty - their gripe was that they're sometimes not given which we'd have said in similar circumstances.

There are 'shirt pulls' and 'shirt pulls' with nuance entering the equation when assessing differing incidents.
In my humble opinion the penalty awarded against Newcastle was the correct decision.

I think some have never shaken off the Oldham season 33 years ago🤣 and only palace could go down 4th off bottom with 49 points, it does leave scars 🤣
I'm not old enough to remember that but for some reason I'm still not totally relaxed about relegation. I know it's unlikely and I probably should be looking up the table but can't yet for some reason...
