'The European Court of Justice (CJEU) just effectively banned migrant deportations.

In a groundbreaking ruling, the CJEU prohibits national government from deporting migrants to their home country or 3rd party 'safe' countries unless national governments follow a complex procedure with criteria set by the European Union.

The criteria for declaring a country 'safe' for deportations that the CJEU wants to be respected means that national governments must look whether or not the person they want to deport can "assert his or her rights effectively" and the information for that must be made available for judicial review meaning that deportation orders will be subject to censure by a judge who can decide to override that order and stop the deportation if the judge considers the country unsafe.

If a EU country would like to deport Arab migrants back to the Middle East, the authoritarian governments in the region may be sufficient grounds (denial of the right of freedom of expression or freedom of assembly), after this decision, to stop the deportation altogether, no matter if the migrant on the deportation list is a danger to society or not.

The ruling of the CJEU cannot be appealed nor overturned.

Interesting stat, but let's analyse it.

There are 6 reform MPs so it's not possible
I suppose you can say there are 4 since 2 are suspended, or 5 because 1 is female and a recent by-election winner.

Let's say 5 men then, so ONE has a conviction lol

It was his girlfriend, nearly 20 years ago when they were both 19 at the time and blind drunk. He pushed her and 'reportedly' kicked her 4 times then immediately handed himself into the police. He says it was what made him take a look at himself and turn his life around - should he have to pay for this error in his way for life?

In all honesty if I had a sister I would tell her he is a wrong'un.I've been married since the dawn of time and kicking a woman is unforgivable. Drink does bring out your true nature.
