Ref yesterday ?

Was it just me or was the Ref not able for the game
Arsenal pulled jerseys all day and not one foul was given
Even for there goal Gabriel was pulling the shirt so that the defender could not jump
But nothing was given
Surely VAR should have seen it

They did get away with stopping a few quick restarts and didn't tossard kick the ball away when we wanted to take a throw?

Both Trossard and Rice delayed play by kicking the ball away. Neither were penalised. I think after Rice had done it, Wharton was saying to the ref 'it's so obvious' after it looked like he was complaining about what Rice had just done.

And Eze deliberately stopped an attack developing in our own half by holding back our player. Yes a foul was given but no booking. Far too lenient on them...didn’t want to rock the boat.

We didn't lose because of the ref. He let a lot go including pushing by Lacroix and yes, he should have booked Trossard ad Rice but he was no worse than many this season. It seems some on here are quick to blame the ref when we lose - it was ever thus so.

He let the players get on with the game and was generally on the lenient side. I prefer that to the stop start merchants we've suffered from in the past.
