Problem adding membership to Google Wallet

Hi, is anyone having issues adding their membership to your phone wallet?

When I try I get a "this site can't be reached" error message - is anyone else experiencing this?

I contacted the club shop who said they are "aware that of supporters are unable to download membership to digital wallets and that it's been raised with the supplier who is looking into it".

They told me to try it every now and again to see if it's been fixed, but it's been well over a month now and it's still not working, so I wondered if anyone else is having the same problem.

(they said to show the membership purchase confirmation email to prove membership)

On Ticket & Travel Talk, there is a thread called “Membership - is it always like this”. Post 9 of this thread says that the Apple and Google buttons are the wrong way round. So if you have an iPhone, click on Google Wallet, and if you have an Android, click on Play Store and you should be OK.

I had this problem myself. I tried sending an email to info@cpfc.co.uk, but I got no reply!!!

But I saw the post, and tried the other button, and it worked.

Thanks very much, but that didn't work for me. It downloaded the Apple file and tried to load it in Google Wallet then said file not supported.

The link on the email STILL doesn't work.

Click on the APP.
Visit ...MORE > MEMBERSHIPS (bottom left corner).... You can do this on abrowser as well of course.
Click ACCESS FAN WALLET
Select MEMBERSHIPS
Click your membership
This SAVE TO PHONE link should work (I hope. It did for me).

That worked better than the 1st method . Don't get the QR code of previous memberships though.

This also doesn't work for me!! I've attached a screenshot of the error message.

I was able to log out and log back in with my son's gold membership, it worked all ok... logged back in with mine and not working!

Thanks to everyone for their suggestions; I didn’t think any of them had worked for me, but suddenly my membership is in the wallet! (iPhone).

I constantly got the error message when clicking on the buttons, tried the google one instead- no joy.

So I tried going in from the app as suggested, and got a different message saying I already had a pass in my wallet! Well, when I opened the wallet it was there!

So I don’t know if it will help anyone but open your wallet as if you are about to pay, and see if your Palace membership is there in spite of the error messages.

I have just received an email from Palace thanking me for joining as a gold member, inviting me to message them should I have any queries. So I have. Let’s see if they can resolve the issue
 
I downloaded it by clicking on the apple logo even though I use google. E-mailed them about two weeks ago but heard nothing from them. Have got no benefits from the membership as every time I log onto Palace TV+ it tells me to buy a membership !
 
Let us know how you get on because mine won't work and I've tried all of the suggestions and work around. I also emailed them previously - as above.
Within 2 hours of sending my request to Palace I got a new email from ticketmaster and this one has enabled me to add my membership to my wallet
