3. Richard Nixon. 'The Peacemaker'. Declared a Domestic War on Drugs. And promised 'peace with honour in Vietnam'. Meanwhile he himself was off his t1.ts every night in the Oval office. Even phoning Henry Kissinger at 3am and ordering a Nuclear strike on Vietnam. The following morning he had no recollection of the conversation.
